- Applicants must be Wyoming high school graduates from a public high school, homeschool or HSEC program
- Minimum eligibility requirements include an ACT score of at least 17 and a GPA of at least 2.5
- To retain eligibility, students must maintain at least a 2.25 GPA
- Part-time students must enroll in and complete at least six non-remedial credits
- Students must apply within four years of the high school graduation date listed on their official transcripts, with some exceptions for circumstances such as military or religious service
